Pregnancy Omega Oil is a specially formulated combination of golden flax, hemp, rice bran, avocado and cranberry seed oils providing an effective balance of Omega 3, 6 and 9. These essential fatty acids are needed for normal growth and development of children. This nutritional oil is 88% organic, first cold pressed and solvent free.
As a food supplement, take three teaspoons daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. This highly nutritious oil can be added to fruit or vegetable smoothies, salad dressings, dips, soups or as a condiment drizzled over vegetables, pasta, rice, potatoes etc or just taken off the spoon.
