Clearspring Wholefoods Barley Miso features organic whole soy beans and cereal grains that are cooked traditionally, mixed with a koji culture, and combined with sea salt and water – resulting in a rich and flavorful miso. This product is naturally aged in cedarwood kegs for several months, allowing the whole mixture to get broken down properly and yield miso that is incredibly rich in taste.
