Mitsides Orzo quality pasta is a form of short-cut pasta, which resembles long grains of rice. This Cyprus made pasta contains 100% durum wheat semolina, water and no other artificial ingredients. Originating in Italy, Orzo can be used as a substitute in place of native alternatives in Greek, Turkish or Middle Eastern cooking.
