Directions for Use:
Place mouth over the mouthpiece, breath in normally through the mouth and exhale through the nose. Prolonged inhalation is not necessary. Do not breathe out through the Higher Nature Saltpipe™ .

Recommended Usage:
15-25 minutes every day.
