Directions:
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal or snack.
For optimal results, take 2 capsules daily for a minimum of 20 days.
To keep your digestive system in tip top condition, for the long term, you may continue to take 1 to 2 capsules on a regular basis.
